I chose this picture because it shows the colors and happiness in Jacksonville! I think it really shows all the color powder together. Then in the distance, are the buildings that all have somewhat of the same color. It would almost be monochromatic if the brown buildings we more blue. The building also give the picture a nice soothing touch because the color powder is very bright and almost distracts the building. To me, I think it catches the eye in many ways with the bright colors and blue background. It is also very interesting to look at the powder being thrown in the air and seeing what shape comes out of it.
