Color Critique

My best photo is of the yellow sweater and the blue jacket for the complimentary colors, blue and yellow. I like the lighting, and that the sweater and jacket are focused. But, my worst photo is of the purple cup with the lime for the complimentary colors, green and magenta. The photo is a little bit blurry. I don't like the background.
